The LEADERSHIP INCUBATOR™ METHOD

Transformation, Not Change

When we change something, the past is the reference point and directs the action. When we TRANSFORM something, the future is the reference point and directs the action.

Change is temporary. TRANSFORMATION is enduring.

These Are The Six Components of Transformation

01 PEOPLE

Business problems are often talent problems, which is our area of expertise. Transformation of a team or organization is an individual, person-by-person process that starts with you. Your team and organization’s success reflects the success of each individual player.

The current state of the world has provided a plethora of opportunities for both employers and employees to recalibrate their relationship with one another and to rethink their values, mission, and initiatives.

02 PURPOSE

Our purpose is “The why behind the what” of everything we do.
You know what your company does, but do you know why it does it?

The number one question our clients ask us is: “What is my purpose for being here?” We ask organizations the same question: “For what reason do you exist?”

Our purpose isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are; it’s what connects us with our team, our company, and our end-user. It’s part of our leadership DNA.

When individuals discover the alignment between their personal purpose and the purpose of the organization they work for, the result is deep and sustainable engagement. This depth of engagement significantly decreases attrition.

03 POTENTIAL

Potential in and of is nothing, useless; it’s a buzzword our parents used when we didn’t meet their expectations ie. “But you have so much potential,” and that we use to give ourselves a false sense of security that all is not lost (“I know I have the potential“).

Potential without a strategy, an action plan, and execution is a waste of oxygen.

Pareto’s Principle:
80% of the work will be done by 20% of your team.

What if we flipped Pareto’s Principle on its head? What if 80% of your team did 100% of the work. What if you could redefine what’s possible? What then?

The bar in many organizations is set low. So, what happens? People aim for it. We believe in raising the bar and inviting people to join us at the top. With all of their unrealized potential.

04 PASSION

Passion is not a stand-alone emotion, it’s not a unique outcome. It’s a curious thing, but passion, itself is unattainable. The only time people are passionate about their work, for the long term, is they’re aligned their purpose with their work.

Purpose fuels passion which drives performance.

Here at WomenThink™ equip them to be in charge of their careers and lives, so they’re internally motivated to make their best and highest contribution to your organization. In return, they inspire others to do the same.

Performance isn’t a one-time gig. We think it’s all about accountability. Will you do what you say you will do when you say you will do it at or above expectation?

05 PERFORMANCE

Performance is at the intersection of purpose, passion, and action. People, on purpose, activate their potential, feel passionate about their work, and outperform your expectations.

Highly-engaged teams increase productivity and innovation and drive results. High-performance people are accountable for their own transformation, and for their team’s growth. They increase bottom-line performance while reducing the costs of attracting and retaining top talent.

We equip them to be in charge of their careers and lives, so they’re internally motivated to make their best and highest contribution to your organization, to make a personally meaningful difference, and to have a positive impact. In return, they inspire others to do the same.
