Hayley Dennis is an ICF accredited Certified Executive and Leadership Coach who began her career in Corporate America at the young age of 16 and has expanded her knowledge and training tremendously by working in various roles and industries. Backed by her 20+ year career, Hayley applies her vast professional experiences, in-depth knowledge, and practical lessons to assist her clients with their professional development needs. ANDREW HINKELMAN

As a recent Chief Technology Officer, Andrew has been in your shoes and now specializes in working with C-level executives and senior leaders to navigate the organizational dynamics, politics, and personal challenges involved with leading high-growth startups or complex, global enterprises.
Andrew has extensive experience with IT Strategy and Information Security, informed by 25 years in the Technology and Financial Services industries across roles in IT, Product and Program Management, Business Intelligence, and consulting.
In addition to core infrastructure and proprietary software development, Andrew has had responsibility for Information Security, Digital Transformation/UI/UX, Business Continuity, IT Compliance (SOC1/SSAE16), and Project Management. He is CISSP and ITIL v3 certified and holds a M.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Washington.
Andrew lives in the Seattle area with his family where he spends an enormous amount of time on a bike or paddleboard and watching college baseball.

JAY PRYOR
Jay Pryor is a speaker, author and executive coach from Lawrence, Kansas with over fifteen years experience helping business owners create positive learning cultures, while helping individual employees access their most authentic power. Jay’s signature process and book “Lean Inside” uses mindfulness and neuroscience to create a powerful understanding of the human response and emotional intelligence required to be successful in today’s world. As a transgender non-binary person themselves, Jay’s own perspective and advocacy has also expanded into their culture training to include Diversity, Equity and Belonging in the workplace, through the 2SLGBTQIA lens.
Jay has been an out transgender activist and educator for 30 years and is the author of “The Gender Reveal Party”, a one-human performance show about their experience grown up a non-binary gender queer in the heart of the Midwest.

OLIVER BLUE
Our Team Mascot, a rare hybrid Flame Macaw Oliver Blue is Nancy’s personal assistant. He listens to every speech, approves of every article and, on the rare occasion sits in on coaching calls to point out ideas Nancy might have missed. He rewards Nancy by letting her feed him treats. His life span is about 60 years (he’s currently 4 years old) and he plans to outlive Nancy (as does she).
